Access to ExSys is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Initial early-access accounts may be granted free usage of certain features. ExSys reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, limit, or revoke this complimentary access at any time. Future paid plans will operate on an automatically renewing subscription basis, billed according to the selected cycle until canceled by the user.
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, users generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by subscribing to a paid plan and immediately accessing ExSys's digital content and financial data tools, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
ExSys integrates financial data and APIs from authorized third-party service providers. ExSys does not control and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of this third-party data.
Users retain full ownership of their custom screening configurations, notes, and saved data. By storing this information on the platform, the user grants ExSys a non-exclusive license to host and process this data strictly for the purpose of providing the service.
Any form of automated data extraction, including web scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering of the fundamental analysis algorithms and source code, is strictly prohibited. ExSys reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, without prior notice, upon suspicion of such activities.
ExSys does not guarantee continuous, error-free access to the platform (no Service Level Agreement).
During free access periods: The service is provided strictly "AS IS", and ExSys completely excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including service interruptions or data inaccuracies.
For paid subscriptions: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExSys's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the service shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the user to ExSys during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Luxembourg.
