ExSys grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and execute any software, application, or client-side scripts provided directly by ExSys strictly for personal, non-commercial, and educational evaluation of financial data.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying algorithms or source code of ExSys.
Modify, adapt, translate, enhance, or create derivative works from the software.
Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any tools, screener configurations, or aggregated financial outputs derived through the software.
Circumvent or attempt to defeat any security measures, access controls, or rate-limiting protocols governing data feeds.
The software, its interface, algorithms, screening logic, and related documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of ExSys. No title, copyright, or ownership rights are transferred to you under this agreement.
The software is licensed "AS IS" without warranties of any kind regarding performance, accuracy, or suitability for any investment activity. In no event shall ExSys be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the installation or use of the software.
This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
