These Terms of Sale and Refund Policy govern all paid subscriptions and digital access purchases made on ExSys. By subscribing, you enter into a binding agreement with ExSys under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
All subscription fees are stated in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD), as displayed during checkout.
Prices exclude value-added tax (VAT) or other local sales taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed based on the billing country prior to final payment confirmation.
ExSys reserves the right to modify pricing with a minimum thirty (30) days' prior notice to existing active subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan selected at checkout.
Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewals, and your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Under European Union and Luxembourg consumer protection regulations, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts.
However, access to ExSys constitutes the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By purchasing a subscription and confirming immediate access to the service:
You expressly request and agree to the immediate execution of the service.
You expressly acknowledge and accept that you waive and lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
General Rule: Due to the real-time, digital nature of financial market data and fundamental analysis tools, all sales are final. ExSys does not issue refunds, prorated credits, or fee adjustments for partial subscription months, unused features, or accounts terminated due to terms violations.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be granted if mandated by applicable consumer protection laws or in the event of documented technical billing errors directly attributable to ExSys or its payment processor.
How to request one: Write to contact@exsys.app with the email address on the account and the date of the charge. Requests are answered within thirty (30) days.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
